For that, we charge a fee based on the cost and complexity of the trip. We will always be transparent on trip costs, sharing a quote for booking your trip with Catalina Quest before we start making any moves.

With any travel, we recommend travel insurance for protecting your trip investment. For everything we book on your behalf, we ask for a 25% downpayment of the total + any pre-paid costs that we need to secure for you. This is non-refundable. The final balance is due 90 days before your first day of services. Please see our Terms and Conditions below:

If you have to cancel part or all of your trip, you must send us written notification by email to alison@catalinaquest.ai. All trip cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and charges will be applied according to the scale below:

• If cancellation request is received 90 or more days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain the initial deposit + any advanced payments and return the balance amount.
• If cancellation request is received 61-90 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 50% of the total trip cost + any advance payments and return the balance amount.
• If cancellation request is received 31-60 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 75% of the total trip cost + any advance payments and return the balance amount.
• If cancellation request is received less than 30 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 100% of the total trip cost.

The charges above only reflect a percentage of the total trip cost and do not include any trip modification fee or other third party charges which may be due and payable.
